Replace your BlogRush widget with something that pays!

This is a guest post for MindBlogger, blogged by Mithila Mangedarage of Metal Cracker. Metal Cracker provides reviews, sneak previews, inside stories about metal music and it’s culture.

Ok, let me get this straight to you. How many blogs have you seen with something similar to the following posts?

  1. A post on how awesome this new BlogRush widget is.
  2. A post on why you should remove or why BlogRush hardly works.

But how many blog posts did you read that provide information on something you can replace your BlogRush widget with? Probably this is the first time you read something like that.

So what’s the cool widget? It’s the PayDotCom widget and here’s what it will do for you, very shortly. Once you put the widget on your blog (any blog platform), it will show many different products based on the categories you’ve picked. Every time a reader hits a link and buys the product you get a commission. Yes, you make money! You can pick the widget to match the layout of your blog as it comes in a variety of colors.

Well, here’s how it beats BlogRush at its own game.

You make money with the PayDotCom widget

cpa-widgets: Replace your BlogRush widget with something that pays! BlogRush promised you a lot of traffic, but it never gave you instant cash. Think of the chances here and do the math for yourselves. First your blog posts have to be featured in another BlogRush widget. There maybe a fair chance of your blog post being displayed on a relevant blog, but still it’s only a chance, and here “chance” is the keyword. Then a reader should click to your blog post through the widget. (I can’t remember the last time I clicked on a link on a BlogRush widget). After arriving, how many of your readers do you think will click on a Pay Per Click Ad on your blog? Do the math for yourselves.

But with PayDotCom you make cold hard cash on the spot via commissions. And no! No chances. They buy and you get the money!

Setting up of the widget is instant

When you added the BlogRush code, you had to wait until your account was verified. For me this took more than a day. And I don’t know about you but I hate to wait! But with PayDotCom it took me only a little less than five minutes to get the widget up and running on my blog. PayDotCom provides a help video that clearly instructs you on how to set up the widget. You pick your widget, you get the code and you are good to go!

Multiple Categories

BlogRush offered you many categories, but you had the liberty to pick only one of them. When I tried to get a widget for my personal blog I faced a huge problem. Because I wrote about many things from politics to humor to personal ramblings and I was stuck right there trying to pick the category I really wanted.

So yes, with BlogRush you could only pick one category. But with PayDotCom you can do, not two, not three, but four of them.

    1. Pick one major category-Say you blog about everything from games to celebrity gossip. You can pick the major category “Fun & Entertainment”.
    2. Pick multiple major categories- Though it sounds bizarre, let’s think you blog about making money online and health and fitness together. You don’t’ have to go through that tiring experience of trying to pick your “single” category. With PayDotCom, you can pick “Computing & Internet”, “Money & Employment” and “Health & Fitness”. Did BlogRush offer you that?
    3. Pick one major and one sub category- There are many professional bloggers out there who strictly stick to one niche. If you are one of them you can pick products that suit your niche perfectly. Do you blog about Casino and Casino alone? Well, you can pick “Sports and recreation” as your only major and “Casino” as your only sub.
    4. Pick one major and multiple sub categories- Are you a “stay at home” mom or dad? Do you blog about “homely” stuff like Gardening, Cooking and Pets? With PayDotCom you can pick “Home and Family” as your major and pick “Cooking”, “Garden” and “Pets” as your subs. Remember, it doesn’t get any flexible than that!

You can integrate your PayDotCom and ClickBank accounts.

If you are already a ClickBank member you can integrate your ClickBank ID with PayDotCom and by doing so both ClickBank and PayDotCom products will show up on the same widget.

cpa-widgets: Replace your BlogRush widget with something that pays! Here are some additional benefits you can get from PayDotCom.

  • When you sign up for a PayDotCom account, you automatically become an affiliate and you can build your own referral network.
  • Members of PayDotCom already can have their products shown on widgets on other sites. If you are in the top of your chosen niche, the chances of your product showing up on other people’s widgets are higher. That’s loads of free publicity for you.
  • Even after adding and displaying the widget successfully on your blog, you can freely mess with your theme and layout because you can go back to your PayDotCom account and change the color of the theme easily.

So there’s a whole lot of benefits you can gain from PayDotCom. Why not try it here?

You can set the minimum payment amount when you sign up I think. In fact, I found it really surprising to find that their knowledge base doesn’t address this issue at all.
