So for business blogs I do not think things change much as things are already transparent. I believe the main issues of product placement and endorsements lays in such sites as http://stevegotripped.com this is a clear flog aka fake blog where a business entity sets up a website or blog where it appears to be that of a consumer and their personal opinions about a product. They are selling the product without letting the reader know that the product is being sold by them and the whole website is set up just to sell the item. The testimonial is false and the follow up comments are also false and posted by the web owner . These sorts of sites are where the feds are looking and seem to be causing the most problems. That, and the statement that the product is free without clearly showing that the product will cost you 100 dollars every 3 weeks and will charge your credit card. A "flog " or testimonial website should be done more like http://cleanology101.com where the person clearly states that they will be benefiting from the product and they are in the business of selling.
