Entrecard – the next big thing for bloggers?

Have you heard of Entrecard? It’s supposed to be your e-business card and as they say, business card 2.0! From the looks of it, one of the most powerful and promising blogger networks emerging – and the best thing is, the business cards they have is not at all capable of being stacked into painful business card organizers!

What is Entrecard?

Entrecard is an exchange network for 125×125 ads. Through this program, you can advertise in other blogs, that you only dreamed was possible. To buy the ad-space, you can use the new non-official currency of the blogosphere – Entrecard credits! You earn Entrecard credits in so many ways.

For an instance, you can drop your own Entrecard at someone else’s blog and there you have one credit! The whole Entrecard-ing methodology depends on this simple ad holder. Right now, mine might be occupied.

Why Entrecard looks promising

• A good networking tool for bloggers in the same niche. Except for my ad campaigns at Entrecard, 10% of my daily unique hits are generated by networking at Entrecard.
• Helps small, but somewhat good blogs to surface.
• Allows bloggers to easily exchange 125×125 ads within the same blog niche.
• Gives the bloggers the chance to advertise in high-traffic sites using entrecard credits, replacing the real money.(We are not poor anymore!)
• You can trade Entrecard credits at the Entrecard shop for many things from merchandise, Stumbleupon traffic to blog consultation!

The Conclusion

In a nutshell, Entrecard probably is the next big thing for us bloggers in my views. It gives you good traffic – by good i mean, traffic of the target audience, helps you make connections with other bloggers and, promotes your blog. I highly recommend it for bloggers in any niche.
